Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest child of singer Dionne Warswick and gospel music legend Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew up in a family that was musical. The 1987 follow-up album Whitney featuring the hit songs What Do Broken Hearts Go and I Wanna Dance With Somebody built on her success but it was her 1992 movie The Bodyguard (1992) that made her one of the most successful artists in history. Although the film was not well-received and neither did her performance, but the music of her Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You reached the number one spot on both singles and albums charts in the United States for a period of time. It sold 44,000,000 copies. In 1993, it was also when she got married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition artist and father of her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. At this point, her drug abuse became well documented and she started using it daily by 1996.
Dana Bash or Dana Ruth Schwartz as she's more popularly known as, is an American anchorwoman reporter as well as CNN's political correspondent.
